Using the site

• You may browse freely. To post to the community or buy from the shop you may need an account — keep your login details secure and do not share your account.
• Use the site lawfully. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading or infringing, and do not misuse the site (spam, scraping, or attempts to break or overload it).

Your content

• You keep ownership of the stories, reviews, comments, photos and videos you post. By posting, you grant Bushwalk a licence to display, store and share that content on and in connection with the platform.
• You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it. We may moderate, hide or remove content, and suspend accounts, to keep the community safe and lawful.

Experiences, enquiries and purchases

• Hiking and outdoor activities carry inherent risk. You take part at your own risk, must give accurate health and fitness information, and must follow your guide's instructions and safety briefings.
• An enquiry or message is not a confirmed booking. A booking exists only once we confirm it with you and any required payment is made.
• Merchandise and packages are sold through our commerce system; prices, availability and delivery are shown at checkout and may change.

Our content and brand

The Bushwalk name, logo and the material we publish — text, photography, video and design — are ours or used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Availability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it is always correct, complete or uninterrupted. Information about routes, places, prices and events may change.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
